Delete your WithUs account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, either from inside the app (Profile → Delete account) or right here.

What gets deleted

• • Your profile — name, email address and profile photo
• • Rides you created, including their chat threads and photos
• • Your RSVPs to other people's rides
• • Chat messages you sent and photos you uploaded, anywhere in the app
• • Your blocked-users list
• • Your sign-in credentials — the account can no longer be used

What is kept, and why

• • Pseudonymous usage analytics. These records contain no name, email address, message content or precise location — they cannot be read back as a profile, and they are what the product's own reporting is built on.
• • Moderation reports you filed about other users, so that deleting and recreating an account cannot erase a complaint.
• • Attendee records belonging to other riders on rides you hosted. Those entries are their data, not yours.

Timing

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Routine backups are cycled out within 30 days.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
